Recruitment is a service which includes a specification of the job position and  selection process followed by a presentation of suitable candidates. In this case our company is not acting as an employer but the candidate is employed directly by the client.

Process:

– building up a profile of the job position including all qualification, language and personal requirements
– searching of candidates using our database, networking and external sources
– checking of required skills and experiences by personal interviews
– checking of references from previous employments
– presentation of the selected candidates
– organisation of direct interview with our client
– co-ordination of the new starters

Personnel leasing

Personnel leasing is a simple and flexible solution of providing employees on a temporary contract base. It’s a full service beginning with a selection of suitable candidates and employee care, until the end of the employment contract of the candidate.Thanks to personnel leasing you can take on new employees for a fixed period without any additional engagements after the contract ends.
The selected candidate signs an employment contract with our company and becomes our employee for the agreed period. The employee works according to our clients requirements and instructions. After the agreed period the employee ends the contact or in case of your interest the candidate can become a root employee of your company. (Try & Hire).

Our company can offer you a recruitment consultant who is directly at your working place (in-house consultant), which enable us to be very flexible and effective. The consultant is able to solve all matters related to the work of our employees. The main task of the consultant is to organize personal interviews, co-ordinate and manage the detached employees. Thanks to on-site solution the direct communication is ensured between our client, the employee and the recruitment agency.
