• We are searching for independent talent who enjoys using Social Media platforms and other sources to locate and recruit suitable applicants
• Working as a part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including marketing actions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting completed profiles of suitable candidates
• We are offering you continuity of projects during whole year and variety of job profiles and countries

Requirements to fit well in this role

• If you have experiences with recruitment, it is a great advantage but not a must
• Important is that you are willing to work, you are empathic and caring. You have to cherish your candidates and indeed willing to help them to get the right job
• We expect you to have a previous experience with Microsoft Office and effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Sensitivity to work with personal information
• Self-motivation and proactivity
