Tyre Fitters – Belgium (Flanders)
We are hiring motivated and experienced Tyre Fitters for seasonal work across various Tyre Centres in Flanders, Belgium. If you have hands-on experience with tyre changing, alignment, and TPMS systems, and are looking for a well-paid job abroad with the opportunity to return each season – this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Mounting, balancing, and aligning tyres with precision.
✅ Performing tyre inspections for tread depth, damage, and pressure.
✅ Changing tyres quickly and efficiently (within 20–30 minutes per car).
✅ Handling run-flat tyres and TPMS systems.
✅ Using all required equipment for disassembly, balancing, regrooving, and alignment.
✅ Providing quality service and communicating professionally with clients.
✅ Working collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
✅ Competitive Salary: €510 – €560 NETT / week (after tax, 40h basis).
✅ Hourly Wage: €16.86/h (first 500 hours), €18.55/h (after 500 hours).
✅ Overtime: Paid 150% (not guaranteed).
✅ Weekly Payments: Transparent and on time.
✅ Travel Reimbursement: Up to €125 after completed season.
✅ Accommodation: From €25/week (shared) to €75/week (single).
✅ Health Insurance: €10/month.
✅ Mobility Options: Car rental or bike (if available).
✅ Return Option: Good workers are invited back every season.
Requirements:
✅ Experience changing tyres independently or in pairs (20–30 minutes per car).
✅ Preferably at least 2 seasons of tyre fitting experience.
✅ Communicative level of English (B1+).
✅ Proficiency with TPMS, run-flat tyres, and alignment equipment.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
✅ EU passport or valid EU work permit.
✅ Driver’s license and own car are a plus (or willingness to use a bike).
