CNC Operators & Programmers – Finland

We are hiring experienced and motivated CNC Operators and Programmers to join long-term assignments in Finland. If you have skills in CNC machining, programming (Fanuc or Heidenhain), and want to develop your career with modern equipment and a stable employer, this is your chance.

Project Information:

📍 Locations: Turku & Kauttua (Eura), Finland
📅 Start Dates:
• Turku: ASAP
• Kauttua (Eura): November 2025
🕒 Contract Type: Permanent, long-term (no rotation)

Available Roles:

✅ CNC Machinist – Horizontal Machining Center (Fanuc)
✅ CNC Machinist – Drilling Machine / Boring Mill (Heidenhain 530/640)
✅ CNC Lathe Operator – Horizontal Lathe (Fanuc)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Machining large parts with CNC machining centers, boring mills, or lathes
✅ Programming based on technical drawings (Fanuc / Heidenhain)
✅ Performing setups, installations, and adjustments
✅ Monitoring processes and correcting programs if needed
✅ Conducting quality control checks
✅ Working in 2-shift systems and cooperating with the team

Requirements:

✅ Strong CNC experience (machining centers, boring mills, or lathes)
✅ Ability to program and read technical drawings
✅ Experience handling large workpieces (up to 14m for lathes)
✅ 1.5–2 years minimum experience (higher experience strongly valued)
✅ Communicative English (Finnish is a plus)
✅ EU citizens preferred (non-EU with valid EU permit accepted)
✅ Accuracy, systematic work style, and willingness to develop

What We Offer:

✅ Salary:
• €1800–2000 NET/month for less experienced candidates (1.5–2 years)
• Higher salaries negotiable for experienced professionals
✅ Contract: Permanent, stable, long-term (no rotation)
✅ Accommodation: Shared apartments with private rooms (~€300/month deducted); assistance with private apartments if needed
✅ Holidays: Collective 2 days/month; additional holidays by agreement with supervisor
✅ Working Clothes: Provided free of charge
✅ Insurance: Health insurance deducted from gross salary
