All-Round Carpenters – The Netherlands

We are hiring experienced All-Round Carpenters for long-term construction projects across the Netherlands. Depending on your skills and assignment, you’ll work on structural, shuttering, finishing, or renovation carpentry — all with great conditions, stable hours, and solid support. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Structural and shuttering carpentry (traditional & PS formwork, beam layers, pouring concrete)
✅ Finishing work (frames, stairs, ceilings, window sills, drywall, coving)
✅ Renovation and roof carpentry (gutters, overhangs, façade cladding, roof structures)
✅ Installing prefab timber frame elements
✅ Working from and interpreting technical drawings
✅ Maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site
✅ Safe work at height using scaffolding, stairs, and ladders

What We Offer:

✅ Weekly Salary: €610 – €680 NETT (based on 40 hours/week)
✅ Overtime Pay:
• 150% for extra hours on weekdays
• 125% for night shifts (23:00–06:00)
• 150% for Saturdays (some exceptions apply)
• 200% for Sundays & holidays
✅ Accommodation: Fully paid by employer (single room, shared kitchen/bathroom, max 5 persons/accommodation)
✅ Work Location: Max. ~30 km from job site
✅ Transport:
• Private car: €0.23/km NETT + €0.09/km GROSS reimbursement
• Optional company car: €40/week (work use only) or €70/week (also for private use)
✅ Holidays: 25 paid days/year (20 for leave + 5 paid out)
✅ Health Insurance: Organized & paid (~€128/month)
✅ Contract: Dutch long-term employment contract
✅ Tools: Company tools provided; optional professional toolkit (€282 paid in 2–3 installments)
✅ Training: Free VCA certificate (valid 10 years EU-wide), Dutch language course (1-year option)
✅ Relocation Support: Full help with BSN registration, bank account setup, and onboarding

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience as a carpenter
✅ Skilled in one or more of the following:
• Shuttering carpentry
• Structural carpentry
• Finishing and renovation carpentry
✅ Ability to read construction drawings
✅ Communicative English or German (minimum one per team)
✅ Physically fit to work at height and on construction sites
✅ Experience working abroad – strong advantage
✅ Driving license required (at least one per team)
✅ Personal car – advantage
