Mechanical Fitter – The Netherlands

We are hiring motivated Mechanical Fitters for long-term projects in parking garages across the Netherlands. If you have mechanical experience (cars, trucks, ships, or general mechanical work) and can work accurately on precise installations, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems in parking garages
✅ Working according to engineering plans, technical drawings, and specifications
✅ Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and schematic diagrams accurately
✅ Performing precise mechanical work with high attention to detail
✅ Following safety regulations (VCA/LMRA) and quality standards
✅ Providing clear progress updates and reporting completed work
✅ Recording material usage and working hours correctly
✅ Managing tools and materials responsibly
✅ Reporting shortages on time to prevent delays and extra costs

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical work
✅ Experience in automotive, truck, ship mechanics, or similar – acceptable
✅ Ability to work accurately and precisely
✅ Communicative English level B1/B2
✅ Driving license B required
✅ VCA-B certificate (optional – can be arranged by us)
✅ Strong work ethic and safety awareness

What We Offer:

✅ Weekly Net Salary: €550 – €650 (approx., based on 38 hours/week)
✅ Working hours: 38 hours per week
✅ Overtime paid extra
✅ Weekly payment (every Thursday)
✅ Long-term work (minimum 6 months, starting ASAP)
✅ Temporary Dutch contract (Fase 1/2)
✅ Health insurance arranged by employer
✅ Accommodation: Apartment with private room in Rotterdam
✅ Transport: Company car provided
✅ Commute distance: approx. 30 km (depending on project)
✅ Personal protective equipment provided (safety shoes & helmet)
