When we founded DK RECRUITMENT SERVICES in 2007, we wanted to do things differently right from the start. We understand that leaving your family and home country is a hard decision. Yet, it is equally challenging for companies to entrust their needs and expectations to another company.
We value such courage, and therefore, we wanted to give this important step a human dimension and a meaning. Our candidates are driven by the will to change their lives and gain experience, but even after they leave, they often wish to return to help their families and their country with their new knowledge.
With this thought in our minds, our newly established team started gathering first experience in Slovakia. It did not take long and we expanded into Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech republic and Poland. With new company clients coming from different countries, we have expanded our areas of experience and interest.
During our existence, we built up a stable position between the recruitment agencies and we obtained several awards based on our candidates feedbacks.

We are currently on the lookout for employees in various sectors such as heavy industry, construction, hospitality, logistics and healthcare in Europe. We believe that we are still far from reaching our limits. We are always looking for new partners, to whom we could help with our experience.
