For our Dutch, high-profile client we are looking for motivated, handy people who are going to build different buildings from prefabricated parts. Those are made in a futuristic and CO2 neutral factory.
Your job is to put together these parts, with a complete house (building) as a result.
The company is using a completely modern and innovative way of building new properties.
Are you ready to be part of the future of building? This way of building houses is unique in the world and has never been done before. You will be trained by a professional and become an expert in the field of these type of constructions.
Your job will consist of following:
- Placing prefab walls, floors, and roofs
- Securing and adjusting walls
- Placing and connecting prefab (3D) modules such as toilet, technical room, and bathroom
- Moving loads, communication with cranes
What is our offer about?
Salary:
You can earn from €550 net every week based on standard 40h. If there will be a possibility to work overtimes, then of course it will be paid by extra rates.
Training:
A free training program for all suitable candidates will be provided how to build the houses of future.
Accommodation
Provided and paid by company for you. It´s usually in bungalows, family houses or apartments, fully furnished with wi-fi connection. As we do care about your privacy and want you to relax after work, you will have your own/single room.
Transportation
A huge benefit if you have your own car to travel with and use in The Netherlands as a transport from the accommodation to workplace, but there is also option to rent a car from company.
Start date
Based on the availability of our candidates, we can give advance contracts straight after the interview if all goes well.
You can plan your current projects and you can be sure that your next project is booked with us.
Project
This project is a long-term, at least until 2026.
Certificates
We will organize a safety test (VCA) and your Dutch tax number (BSN) for you.
The purpose of the VCA is to make sure everyone works in a safe manner. Almost all construction companies demand that their employees have a VCA certificate.
BSN or Sofi number is an unique personal number allocated to everyone registered in the Personal Records Database (BRP). Everyone who registers with the BRP is automatically given a BSN.
Health insurance
Organized and paid by company for you and therefore you don’t have to do any other steps to be insured in The Netherlands. Your health insurance is valid since you signed up your work contract.
Tools and PPE equipment
Will be provided to you by the company so you don´t have to carry with you heavy staff, especially if you will be traveling to The Netherlands by plane.
