CNC operator/programmer

Key Responsibilities:

CNC operator

✅Setting up the machine, tools and possibly automation
✅Producing pieces according to customer drawings and specifications (i.e. being able to work accurately and appropriately)
✅Fully finishing single piece production to small series (making work preparations)
✅Measuring the pieces: production control, checking measurements, and adjusting were necessary
✅Ensuring the timely completion of projects
✅In short, you will be responsible for the projects you work on.

Requirements:

✅Technical education preferably experiences with turning and milling (3 axis), 5-axis experience is a big plus (Heidenain or Mazak/Mazatrol or Integrex)
✅Ability to read plans (2D and 3D), prepare the work plan
✅Ability to program the machine
✅Experience with measuring equipment, completion of measurement reports, measuring of parts
✅Knowledge of various cutting tools and their use (cutting conditions)

✅Knowledge of a wide variety of material types and their processing
✅Knowledge of programming – CAM (Fusion 360) is a big advantage

Key Responsibilities:

CNC programmer

✅Program, set up, and operate CNC machines according to program specifications based on GD&T technical drawings.
✅Create, adjust, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and high-quality machining processes.
✅Load raw materials and tools into the machine and verify setup accuracy.
✅Monitor machine operations during production runs and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
✅Test and inspect manufactured workpieces to ensure they meet specified dimensions, surface qualities, and other criteria, including the use of a CMM.
✅Conduct regular maintenance of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

✅Formal or vocational training in CNC programming, industrial mechanics, or related fields.
✅Proven experience in CNC programming and operating turning and/or milling machines.
✅Experience working with stainless steel and/or nickel alloys.
✅Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and tool management systems.
✅Proficiency in reading GD&T technical drawings and g-code.
✅Strong technical understanding and quality awareness.
✅Ideally, knowledge of machine controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi.
✅Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others.
✅Fluency in Dutch or English is mandatory.
