Elevator Mechanic – The Netherlands (Rotterdam)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Elevator Mechanic to join a leading global elevator company’s installation and servicing team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. If you have solid experience in elevator installation and maintenance, a strong electrical engineering background, and want a long‑term contract with excellent perks — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Installing components in elevator shafts (guides, doors, motors, electrical parts).
✅ Assembly and final mounting of elevator cabins, counterweights, and doors.
✅ Participating in inspections during construction phases and resolving malfunctions.
✅ Carrying out preventive maintenance and service visits to ensure first‑time fix rate.
✅ Responding swiftly and effectively to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of proven experience installing or servicing elevators.
✅ Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
✅ Safety‑first mindset and commitment to high quality.

✅ Good command of English (B2/C1 level).
✅ Valid category B driver’s licence.
✅ Certification: VCA‑B required; NEN‑3140 is a plus.
