Technical Machine Operator – Belgium

We are currently hiring an experienced Technical Operator for one of our top clients in Belgium, a major company in the eco-friendly packaging industry 📦. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with technical skills who are looking for stable, well-paid work in a clean and modern production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Preparing and operating production machines in folding and die-cutting departments
✅ Setting machine parameters and making adjustments as needed
✅ Performing basic maintenance and resolving minor technical faults
✅ Maintaining accurate production documentation
✅ Collaborating closely with other production and maintenance departments

Requirements:

✅ 2–3 years of experience as a technical machine operator (preferably in paper/carton packaging)
✅ Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge – required
✅ Communicative level of English
✅ Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
✅ Option to work in a 3-shift system (if desired)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

✅ Salary: Starting from €17.68/hour + 15% shift bonus = €20.33/hour
✅ Salary Increase: After 4 weeks with positive evaluation
