We are looking for experienced Tomato Plant Twisters to join a growing greenhouse cultivation company in Belgium. This is a seasonal opportunity for skilled workers who can maintain production speed and ensure healthy plant growth in a professional agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Twisting and securing tomato plants around strings or supports
✅ Guiding plant growth for optimal light exposure and air circulation
✅ Maintaining a production speed of 200–300 plants per hour
✅ Monitoring plant health and reporting pests, diseases, or growth problems
✅ Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organized
✅ Handling tools and equipment carefully
✅ Cooperating with team members to maintain smooth workflow
✅ Following greenhouse safety and quality standards

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience twisting tomato plants in greenhouses
✅ Ability to work accurately and independently
✅ Reliable, motivated, and physically capable of repetitive work
✅ Basic English communication skills
✅ Ability to maintain productivity targets (200–300 plants/hour)

What We Offer:

✅ Gross Hourly Salary: €12.92
✅ Estimated Weekly Net Salary: approx. €380 (after deductions)
✅ Weekly salary payments
✅ Full-time work: 45 hours per week (9 hours/day, 5 days/week)
✅ Overtime possible and paid by the client
✅ Stable seasonal employment up to 5 months seasonal contract with the possibility of getting hired for another season
✅ Friendly and professional greenhouse working environment

Accommodation & Transport:

✅ Accommodation: €85/week (shared double room)
✅ Transport: Company bus, E-bike or Company car with fuel card provided free of charge
✅ Driver’s license is an advantage
