We are currently looking for experienced Flat Roofers for several clients across the Netherlands. You will work on long-term projects focused on installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems using bitumen and synthetic materials. 📍 Location: Depends on availability

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Removing old roof layers according to prescribed procedures
✅ Installing bitumen and synthetic roofing systems
✅ Applying waterproofing and insulation materials
✅ Repairing damage and defects in roofing systems
✅ Using professional tools and correct working techniques
✅ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
✅ Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We Offer:

✅ Weekly Salary: €600 NETT (based on 40 hours/week)
(With own transport + mileage allowance)
✅ Transport:
• Possibility to rent a company car (deducted)
• Fuel card included
• Or own transport + mileage allowance

✅ Accommodation: Single bedroom near project site
✅ Health Insurance: Fully paid by employer
✅ Contract: Dutch long-term employment contract
✅ Employment: Long-term cooperation
✅ Work Clothes & Tools: Provided by employer

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience as a flat roofer
✅ Proven experience with bitumen and synthetic roofing systems
✅ Communicative English
✅ Valid driving license (Category B)
✅ VCA certificate – preferred (can be arranged by employer)
✅ Reliable, responsible, and safety-oriented attitude
