Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cutting and preparing various pork cuts using professional butchery techniques
✅ Portioning meat into high-quality cuts according to production specifications
✅ Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards
✅ Proper waste handling and cleaning procedures
✅ Inspecting meat quality, freshness, and food safety compliance
✅ Following correct food handling procedures (temperature control & labeling)

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a butcher
✅ Strong knowledge of meat cuts and butchery techniques
✅ Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
✅ Excellent knife skills and precision
✅ Physical stamina for long standing hours and handling heavy carcasses
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

What We Offer:

✅ Salary: €19.1038 gross/hour + €4.32 meal vouchers/day
✅ Approx. Weekly Net Salary: €455 (38h/week) + €15.65 meal vouchers (after deductions)
