We are looking for motivated and physically fit workers to join a well-established family farm near Linköping, Sweden. This seasonal position involves manual weeding in ground-level strawberry cultivation within greenhouse conditions, ensuring healthy crop growth in a professional agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manual weeding between strawberry plants
✅ Removing unwanted vegetation to support healthy crop development
✅ Working in ground-level cultivation inside greenhouse fields
✅ Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
✅ Cooperating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
✅ Following safety and quality standards on the farm
✅ Performing physically demanding outdoor and greenhouse work

Requirements:

✅ Communicative English skills
✅ Driver’s license category B is mandatory
✅ Good physical condition and ability to work long hours
✅ Experience in farm work, fruit fields, or warehouse work is a plus
✅ Positive attitude toward teamwork and manual labor
✅ Reliable and motivated personality
✅ Full passport required (national ID only not accepted)

What We Offer:

✅ Gross Hourly Salary: €14.50
✅ Start Date: 1st May 2026
✅ Contract Duration: 2 months
✅ Minimum 50 hours per week (up to 300–350 hours total possible)
✅ Work schedule: 07:00 – 18:00, one day off per week
✅ Paid travel to and from country of origin (assignments less than one year)
✅ Work clothes provided by the client
✅ Bed linen provided
✅ Support with Swedish self-employment registration and administration
