Are you an experienced casino professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking skilled Croupiers / Dealers to provide exceptional service in a dynamic casino environment.

• Engage with guests and ensure they have an excellent casino experience.

• Explain game rules to new players.

• Handle large amounts of cash and chips with accuracy.

• Monitor gameplay and enforce all casino regulations.

• Deal games such as Blackjack, Keno, Roulette, and Craps professionally.

• Maintain a friendly yet professional approach to customer service.

Important: Only candidates with at least 3 years of recent casino experience will be considered. Experience in online casinos does not qualify for this role.

What We Offer:

✅ Starting salary of €720 gross per week for a 36-hour workweek
✅ Shift-based work schedule
✅ Single, fully furnished room with Wi-Fi provided by the employer (Cost: €112 per week, paid by the employee)
✅ We aim to find accommodation close to the workplace for minimal commuting
✅ 27.5 days of paid vacation (based on a 36-hour workweek)
✅ Vacation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance
✅ Health Insurance fully arranged by the employer (Cost: €33.50 per month)

Requirements:

✅ Language skills: English or German at B1 level or higher
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a land-based casino
✅ Recent experience (within the last 2 years)
✅ Excellent social and communication skills
