We are hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters for long-term civil engineering projects in the Netherlands. Our client is a family-owned company with over 35 years of experience, specializing in complex concrete and formwork constructions such as bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and foundations. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
✅ Building, installing, and dismantling traditional and system formwork
✅ Setting out and measuring dimensions on site
✅ Installing reinforcement and embedded components
✅ Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete structures
✅ Performing quality checks and measurements
✅ Ensuring safety standards and procedures are followed
✅ Working independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

✅ Weekly Salary: €640 – €650 NETT (based on 40 hours/week)
(Salary after deduction of company car rental + fuel card)
✅ Transport:
• Company car for commuting (home–work) + fuel card (deducted)
• Or own transport + mileage allowance
✅ Accommodation: Single bedroom near project site
✅ Health Insurance: Fully paid by employer
✅ Contract: Dutch long-term employment contract
✅ Employment: Stable, long-term cooperation
✅ Work Clothes & Tools: Provided by employer
✅ VCA: Assistance with obtaining certificate (cost covered)
✅ Rotation: Flexible, based on agreement with client

📍 Utrecht, Amsterdam, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience as a concrete carpenter (civil/structural works)
✅ Ability to work independently with formwork systems
✅ Ability to read technical drawings
✅ Valid VCA certificate (Basic or VOL) or willingness to obtain
✅ High attention to accuracy and safety
✅ Driving license B
✅ Communicative English
✅ Reliable and motivated attitude
