Hospitality Staff – Sweden (Bartenders, Chefs, Sous-Chefs)

We are hiring Bartenders, Chefs, and Sous-Chefs for multiple attractive locations across Sweden, including beach restaurants and island resorts. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment, earn excellent salaries, and enjoy unique natural surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Preparing food, drinks, and beverages (depending on position)
✅ Working with à la carte menus, grill, steak, and bar service
✅ Maintaining high quality, hygiene, and service standards
✅ Working efficiently under pressure in busy environments
✅ Collaborating with international teams
✅ Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations

What We Offer:

✅ Hourly Rate: €21 – €26 (depending on position & experience)
✅ Guaranteed minimum 30–40 hours/week (often more during peak season)
✅ Overtime opportunities (up to 180–210+ hours/month or 60 hours/week in high season)
✅ Tips shared among staff (taxable)
✅ Accommodation: Free (private or shared rooms, fully equipped housing)
✅ Travel: Paid travel for 14-day test period (arrival & departure)
✅ Contract Type: Swedish self-employment (~37% tax) or EU equivalent
✅ Work clothes and bed linen provided
✅ Support from recruitment and onboarding team

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in hospitality (bartender, chef, or sous-chef)
✅ Communicative English (Swedish is an advantage)
✅ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
✅ Good physical condition (no back problems)
✅ Team player with positive attitude
✅ Flexibility and reliability

Locations:

✅ Beach restaurant in Höllviken (near Malmö)
✅ Island restaurants near Stockholm
✅ Summer restaurant on Gotland island

Selection Process:

✅ CV screening (in English)
✅ Online interview with recruitment team
✅ 14-day paid trial period in Sweden (with free travel & accommodation)
✅ Full contract offered after successful trial
