Milk Farm Worker – Sweden

We are looking for experienced Milk Farm Workers to join a well-established dairy farm in southern Sweden. This is a long-term opportunity to work with cows and calves in a professional team, with shift work and stable conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Milking cows using carousel milking system in shifts
✅ Caring for calves during morning and evening shifts
✅ Operating mini-loader for sanding and general farm maintenance
✅ Performing general farm tasks and upkeep
✅ Following instructions and working safely with animals
✅ Cooperating effectively with team members

Requirements:

✅ Experience working with farm animals, preferably cows
✅ Devoted and engaged in the profession
✅ Communicative English (spoken)
✅ Swedish language is a plus (not compulsory)
✅ Driver’s license B
✅ Good physical condition and readiness for manual work
✅ Teamwork skills and flexible attitude
✅ Reliable and motivated personality
✅ Valid full passport required (national ID only not accepted)

What We Offer:

✅ Gross Hourly Salary: €16 (before taxes and social security)
✅ Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (typically 160–180 hours)
✅ Work Schedule: Shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
✅ Paid Probationary Period: Up to 14 days at €16/hour
✅ Free travel for 14-day test period (arrival and departure)
✅ Swedish self-employment contract model
