We are looking for experienced Mobile Crane Operators to join one of the largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects in Europe – INEOS Project One. This is a long-term opportunity to work at the Port of Antwerp with modern equipment, attractive rotation, and excellent conditions.
Project Details:
✅Major European infrastructure project
✅ Location: Port of Antwerp, Belgium
✅ On site: 88 cranes (60 mobile cranes, 20 crawler cranes, plus stationary cranes)
✅ Equipment brands: Liebherr, Tadano, and 2–3 Sany cranes
✅ Lifting capacities: 40–250 tons
✅ Operators start with smaller cranes and can progress to larger machines
✅ Performance evaluation every 3 months (team leader approval required)
Responsibilities:
✅ Operation of mobile telescopic cranes
✅ Loading and unloading structural elements, containers, and industrial equipment
✅ Working in coordination with signalers and other operators
✅ Independent lifting operations up to 20 tons
✅ Mandatory consultation with engineers for lifts above 20 tons
✅ Following HSE procedures and technical standards
✅ Ensuring safe and precise crane operations at all times
Working Conditions:
✅ Rotation system: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off (option to stay longer)
✅ Working hours: 50 hours per week (paid even in case of bad weather)
✅ Base weekly pay: €795.38 net
✅ Weekly bonus: €100 net
✅ Daily allowance: €20 net per working day
Total: €895.38 net/week
Monthly equivalent: approx. €3,877 net/month

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator
✅ Category C driving license
✅ Valid telescopic crane certificate
(if expired or missing – test organized and paid on site)
✅ Communicative English (test + VCA course conducted in English)
✅ Willingness to work in rotation system and outdoors
✅ Responsible attitude and strict adherence to HSE regulations
