Order Picker / Warehouse Operative – Belgium

Your Responsibilities

✅ Loading and unloading goods manually or using EPT
✅ Collecting orders using hand scanners or voice-picking systems
✅ Sorting and counting goods
✅ Scanning and repackaging items
✅ Picking goods and preparing pallets for dispatch

What We Offer

Salary
• 330€ – 580€ net/week, depending on position, warehouse, and shift
• Standard working week: 39 hours, with possible overtime
• Annual bonuses in Belgium (5,000€ – 8,000€ total):
• End-of-year bonus: 8.33% of gross annual salary
• Holiday bonus: 15.38% of gross annual salary

Accommodation
• Provided by the employer
• Can be included in net salary or deducted (varies by warehouse)
• Weekly cost:
• Double room: 102€
• Single room: 154€
• Clean, fully furnished housing with Wi-Fi

Transport in Belgium
• Various transport options: car, electric bike, or standard bike (for a fee)
• In some cases, a company car or bus is provided free of charge

Requirements

✅ Good level of English (B1/B2)
✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred
✅ Category B driving license is an advantage
