Pig Farm Workers – New Facility – Sweden

We are looking for experienced Pig Farm Workers to join a leading family-run agricultural business in Sweden. This is a long-term opportunity to work in a newly established pig production facility with a professional team and the possibility of long-term employment and residency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Daily routine work in pig production under supervision
✅ Feeding pigs and piglets
✅ Cleaning, scraping, and strewing bedding
✅ Washing and maintaining pig housing facilities
✅ General care and monitoring of sows and piglets
✅ Assisting with vaccinations and castrations when required
✅ Moving pigs and piglets safely between sections
✅ Maintaining hygiene and biosecurity standards
✅ Following instructions and working effectively in a team

Requirements:

✅ Experience working with pigs or farm animals
✅ Fair and communicative English (exceptions possible for highly experienced candidates)
✅ Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual work
✅ Positive attitude toward teamwork and learning
✅ Driver’s license category B is a plus
✅ Tractor driving license is a plus
✅ Knowledge of vaccinations and castration procedures is an advantage
✅ Reliable and disciplined personality
✅ Zero tolerance for alcohol and drug use
✅ Valid full passport required (national ID only not accepted)

What We Offer:

✅ Gross Hourly Salary: €16
✅ Start Date: ASAP
✅ First Contract: 3 months after successful probation period

✅ Minimum 40 hours per week (extra hours possible)
✅ Planned shift work schedule
✅ Minimum one day off per week
✅ Paid probationary test period (14 days) at €16/hour
