Carpenters, Formwork Specialists, and Surveyors – The Netherlands (Flevoland)

We are hiring Carpenters, Formwork Specialists (Stelleurs), and Surveyors / Setting Out Professionals (Maatvoerders) to join a large-scale construction project in Flevoland, The Netherlands, starting in Week 27 of 2025. Be part of a prestigious project building a modern distribution center!

Key Responsibilities:

All Roles:
✅ Construction of prefab wooden inner walls.
✅ Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
✅ Executing work based on precise measurements and layouts.
✅ Communicating effectively with foremen and clients.
✅ Ensuring safety and quality on-site.

Surveyors (Maatvoerders):
✅ Accurate setting out and checking of construction points.
✅ Using measurement equipment and tools effectively.

Formwork Specialists (Stelleurs):
✅ Installing and removing formwork systems.
✅ Preparing molds for concrete placement.

Carpenters:
✅ Cutting, assembling, and fitting timber structures.
✅ Installing prefab elements as per technical drawings.

What We Offer:

✅ Competitive Pay: €16.00 – €32.50 net/hour (based on role and experience).
✅ Weekly Payments: Every Thursday (with timely timesheet submission).

Requirements:

✅ Dutch language skills (most roles require speaking Dutch).
✅ Experience in a relevant role (carpentry, formwork, surveying).
✅ Ability to read technical drawings.
✅ VCA/SCC certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months).
✅ Driving license.
✅ Own PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, basic hand tools).
✅ Professional appearance and communication.
✅ Motivation to work and reliability.
