Prefab / precast workers (The Netherlands)

We are recruiting for 5 different positions:

• Precast / prefab concrete workers
• Wooden mold makers
• Process operators
• Assembly workers
• Steel fixers / Iron workers

Location: Nationwide (The Netherlands)

Role Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated employees to work on projects for some of the largest precast / prefab concrete suppliers in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for placing molds based on working drawings, installing embeds and reinforcement, pouring concrete into various formwork forms, and preparing the finished elements for transport after curing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mold Placement: Accurately place molds according to working drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Installation: Install embeds and reinforcement within the molds to prepare for concrete pouring.
• Concrete Pouring: Pour concrete into various formwork forms, ensuring proper filling and smooth surfaces.
• Demolding and Preparation: After the concrete has cured, demold the elements carefully and prepare them for transport.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all precast elements meet the highest quality standards and are free of defects.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in civil concrete construction is a big advantage, particularly in large industrial projects or apartment complexes.
  The most important is the motivation and willingness to learn
• Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret working drawings, with hands-on experience in mold placement, reinforcement installation, and concrete pouring.
• Passion for Concrete and wood: A genuine passion for working with concrete and wood. Commitment to producing high-quality precast elements.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across various locations in The Netherlands and adapt to different project requirements.
• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English or Dutch is preferred, with a willingness to improve language skills if necessary.

  After 6-8 months €600/week NETT

  (if candidate is already skilled or will perform very well the raise can be expected even sooner)
