Job description

✅ Perform all construction tasks required to build manufactured and modular homes.
✅ Safely and efficiently operate various types of construction equipment and tools.
✅ Maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on assigned tasks.
✅ Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
✅ Follow company rules, policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
✅Keep work areas clean and organized, and take proper care of equipment and facilities.

Requirements

✅ Experience in building manufactured or modular homes is an advantage.
✅ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses, is an advantage.
✅ Willingness to learn and work to the best of your ability with a dependable work ethic.
✅ Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges (preferred).
✅ Reliability and a strong work ethic.
✅ Ability to stand for long periods (40+ hours per week).
✅ English language proficiency at communicative level (B1).
✅ A valid driver’s license.
✅ A1 certificate or willingness to obtain one (self-employment).

What we offer

✅Competitive salary: €20–€25 gross per hour (based on skills).

✅ Comfortable accommodation close to the workplace: single rooms (€300/month) or double rooms (€250/month).
✅ Standard workweek: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, with the option for extra hours during weekends.
