Scaffolder for Industrial/Big Construction Projects

For one of the biggest scaffolding companies in Sweden, we are currently hiring experienced scaffolders.

Job description

✅ Assessing the type of scaffold necessary and planning the layout according to project specifications.
✅ Checking site conditions and preparing the foundation for scaffolding installation.
✅ Erecting scaffolding poles and attaching horizontal tubes.
✅ Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures to ensure stability.
✅ Ensuring that scaffolding platforms are solid, safe, and well-guarded.
✅ Dismantling scaffolding after the completion of construction activities.
✅ Following safety guidelines and standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
✅ Conducting regular checks and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.

What we expect from you

✅ Minimum 2–5 years of recent scaffolding experience (preferably on large industrial projects).
✅ Ability to work independently.
✅ A valid driver’s license (at least one team member in a group of 2–3 must have a license).
✅ Certification for working at heights above 9m (preferred).

What we offer

✅Competitive salary: €672–€1,000 per 56 hours (based on experience).
✅ Monthly payments (25th day of the following month).
✅ Opportunity for promotion to Team Leader (performance-based).
✅ Flexible rotation schedules: 3/1, 6/1, or 8/4.
✅ Bulgarian contract.
✅ Company car + fuel card (additional travel allowance of €2.50 / 10 km if using your own car).
✅ Free accommodation with a single room.

✅ Assistance with all necessary registrations, including certificates and training if required.
✅ Reimbursement of travel costs to Sweden.
