Warehouse Operatives, Order Pickers, and Production Workers – The Netherlands

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives, Order Pickers, and Production Workers to join our team in The Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment in various warehouses and factories.

Various locations across The Netherlands

Arrival Dates:

Monday to Thursday, preferably until 12AM, latest till 3PM

Job Description:

Warehouse Operatives & Order Pickers:
✅ Picking, packing, and sorting of goods.
✅ Handling heavy boxes and other materials as required.
✅ Ensuring efficient workflow in production and warehouse environments.
✅ Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
✅ Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.

Production Workers:
✅ Operating machinery and production line equipment.
✅ Assembling, packaging, and labeling products.
✅ Performing quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
✅ Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets.
✅ Troubleshooting minor machinery issues and reporting larger issues to maintenance teams.

What We Offer:

✅Salary: from €14.71 gross/hour (excluding shift allowance & holiday bonus)
✅ Working Week: 40 hours
✅ Shift Allowances and other performance-based bonuses.
✅ Overtime Pay: Earn an extra 35%-75% for overtime work.

✅ Accommodation: from €127.88 up to €159.85 per week (deducted from gross salary), shared rooms
✅ Health Insurance: €41.07/week (deducted from gross salary)
✅ Transport to Work: Organized & paid by company (bike or car)

✅ Extra Support: Help with all registrations in NL if needed
✅ Training: Possibility to get certified for OPT, EPT, forklift, or reach truck
✅ Salary Increase: After 1 year of work
