Good relationship with our clients is one of the key factors to be successful in the world of recruitment therefore we care a lot about maintaining and improving relations with both our clients and candidates.
The best way how to make significant improvements is through effective communication and regular personal meetings.
When we meet in person we can brainstorm about our new ideas, plans, improvements and together find solutions to provide our candidates even more attractive offers and appealing projects.
In May 2022, we have organized personal meetings with one of our biggest Dutch clients: TecLine & BouwGenius
TecLine is a leading employment company focusing on large industrial projects for electricians all over The Netherlands. Together we have employed over 1200 electricians.
BouwGenius is focusing on construction projects throughout The Netherlands. We are recruiting different professionals like shuttering and all-round carpenters, steel fixers and concrete workers. Together we have successfully placed over 520 job seekers.
Our partnership with these two highly regarded clients of ours started 11 years ago. Since the beginning of our co-operation, we went through a lot of challenges, crisis, and improvements, which brought us the results of creating stable positions for our candidates in The Netherlands.
During our last personal meeting we strengthened our co-operation again and we have discussed several topics what could make our offers even more attractive:
- Possibility of salary increase
- Extra bonuses for our employees
- ZZP (self-employed) contracts
- Trainings for less-skilled candidates
- English course for candidates with lower level of language skills
- Possibilities of creating bigger teams
